Fitness
When you become a member, you get 1-on-1 coaching support every week. These sessions are designed to answer your questions and help you carve a path curated to help you reach your goal, strength, confidence, and more. You'll get the body composition you desire without being stuck in the gym 6x a week or doing HIIT and cardio 24/7. Say hello to less time in the gym and MORE results.
Nutrition
Depending on your nutrition needs, I’ll provide you with next steps catered to helping you address any challenges or situations you’re facing and actionable steps to get you feeling more confident in your nutrition right away. You’ll learn how to become a more mindful eater, as well as have a greater understanding of nutrition in general. No longer will you need to be fearful of social events or eating your favourite dessert. Take the guilt and stress out of eating and feel confident in your nutritional choices.
Mindset
The way you think and feel around fitness and nutrition affect you more than you realize. We will work on shifting your mindset towards a growth mindset that focuses on the big picture, including the longevity of your health (&fitness/nutrition), and creating a more neutral body image. You don't need to live life hating your body or feeling uncomfortable in your own clothes. We will work on your mental health just as much as your physical because they are intertwined.
