I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My passion is helping to empower others to embrace their own definition of health, build strength & confidence, and detach their worth from their appearance.
What is my why?
Fitness shouldn’t be intimidating. It can be challenging going to the gym and trying to figure out what to do…
Then add in a busy schedule and trying to balance work, social life, and other priorities, it’s easy for your fitness to fall on the back burner.
My mission is to help you stay accountable, to educate you, to motivate you, and support you so that you can reach your goals and feel your best. Building strength and staying active is not only beneficial for our physical and mental health but also can improve longevity and the quality of your life as you age.
My coaching philosophy is one that gets the focus off of weight loss and zoned in on sustainable behaviour changes, improving strength, and lifestyle optimization. I believe a solid foundation starts in the mindset, and then working on the small steps every day to improve those.
My main objective is to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
To do this, I take a Whole Health approach to my coaching.
By focusing on a body and mind approach, I help my clients build more positive relationships with exercise, food, and their bodies, while helping them feel strong & empowered along the way.
As a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist, it's important for my clients to improve their strength and ability, while also improving the quality of your movement outside of the gym. Mixed with building strength inside and outside of the gym, I guide my clients through improved nutrition skills and making more confident choices for their health, and longevity of life.
I help you bring awareness to your life and body, and build confidence in the choices you make around your health and lifestyle.
