Hi, Hello. It’s Me.

The name’s Danielle but most people call me Dani.

In 2014 I was overweight, insecure, and miserable. I was a student at the time, I had lost my identity as an athlete, sat in lectures for most of my days, and felt utterly and completely lost.

Fast forward to 2017… I had graduated. I had a fancy new desk job, daily commute like an adult, and yet I still felt insecure in my body, and reached for food for comfort. I had spent the last 4 years jumping from diet to diet, fat loss program to bikini body shred programs, running 5-6x a week, doing bootcamps or HIIT classes like they were freaking M&M’s… and STILL struggled to see any real longterm change. My weight still fluctuted like crazy. I was restricting all week (no carbs, no sugar, low-fat) but would come home and snack attacks would hit… The weekends became free-for-all’s because I was “back to being good” come Monday…

Finally one day something inside me finally snapped. I said screw this. I KNEW deep down that I didn’t want to keep living a life of feeling this crappy in my own body or my own head. I KNEW there had to be a better way. So I went on a journey to find it.

Ever since becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019 my mission has always been to help other women end this self-destructing cycle and learn how to feel confident in yourself and your body, while still living and enjoying life.

Now for the past 6+ years I have worked with women in-peson and online to help create healthy nutritional and exercise habits that not only support your goals AND health, but also support the person you waant to be and the life you want to live.

It is possible to eat that slice of pizza and not beat yourself up.

It is possible to eat a slice of cake, and not feel the dread or thought of needing to burn it off.

It is possible to train 3x a week and see amazing results (yes.. I mean it.. you shouldn’t be exercising hardcore every single day).

I did it without counting calories, without weighing myself daily, and without training 7x a week.

  • Learn tools and solutions to help you finally kick those evening pantry raids to the curb. You’ll not only learn how to address this habit but also how to solve it. Finally feel in control around food rather than let it control you!

  • This isn’t a program focused on weight loss for a reason. If you want to improve your health - you want to approach it from a whole-person whole-health method. That means looking at all aspects of your health so you can feel stronger and more confident in ALL aspects of your life - not just in the gym.
