Hybrid Training.

This is for the woman who wants to get strong and confident in her own skin, with a more flexible approach.

Come train in-person and make sure your form is on-point with me for 1 session a month. Then depending on your custom goals and lifestyle, have 1-3 other workouts programmed for you to do on your own at home or at the gym. The sessions are sent through my mobile app where you can follow along with videos at home or at the gym.

This approach offers the best of both worlds. You still get a customized program for your body, your goals and your lifestyle, while coming in person once a month to train and have your form checked.

AND you can continue to work towards your goal(s) on your own time with sessions to do when it fits your schedule and equipment available.

You also have weekly check-ins online to make sure your questions are answered and that you’re following the program (so you get the results you want).
